Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle TMNT Full Suit Build - 90s based suit

I am finished with the head sculpt for my TMNT full suit and made the mold this week. I started the upper torso and legs and hope to have the whole suite by end of summer.

My source is the 90s original and part 2 film turtles. I didn't want a specific turtle as much as the feel of those guys. This was my best combination into one. I am very happy with the outcome and can't wait to get the first pull out!

Next update should be my first pull and then the upper torso so far. May the journey begin!!

First pull is out! All is good, this one has a few small holes where it wasn't totally dry because I got impatient. lol Next one is on now and it will be foamed and pulled late tomorrow and finalized into the mask!

So far VERY happy!

Thanks. Mold is UltraCal 30. I will be doing the rest of the suit in fiberglass though due to the size. As it is this mold is a beast and heavy!

Yes, the whole suit! Upper torso and arms are almost done already. Posting pics as I have time.

One of the first pulls is out and I am almost done with the arms for the suit!! Small assembly line going to for orders.

Nice job on the casting! You did a decent job cleaning the seam line.
You may want to add some gloss to the eyes.

Thanks Emma! Yes, I see from under the bandana in front. The dark area is a perfect shadow point hiding a view spot.

We have a Shredder going to Chicago For the Con in August you should see if you could make it. the photo op would be epic. but that is a lot of work to do in a short period of time.
