The 'other' Bourne bag

I'm interested in replicating the bag (and contents) Bourne takes off of the the Treadstone assassin played by Clive Owen in The Bourne Identity.

It's an olive drab canvas bag containing a tracking device, a Motorola flip phone, maps, etc.

My questions are: does anyone recognize or know anything about the bag itself? Is it army surplus? If so, which army and what was its purpose? Anyone know where to find one?

Found out the phone model, it is a Motorola V3688 in silver color, look it up on Google.
