THOR Movie Trailer Discussion

I'm definitely looking forward to it. While I've never been as big a fan of Thor as I have been of other characters in the Marvel universe, I'm definitely psyched to see this.

I really had my doubts how they'd pull off the visual design of the film but going with the old Kirby classic scifi enhanced designs is very cool. I can see it meshing well with the previously established universe in the Iron Man movies and obviously for the Avengers.

I hope this movie is good. I have never been a super huge Thor fan but the guys at work have given me the nickname of Thor now since I have blonde hair and grew out a goatee over the winter....so this better be cool :lol

I was skeptical when I heard Kenneth Branagh was directing, but it looks like he has done a great job.

What a weird story structure this is going to have to be to work.

I wonder how they are going to jump back and forth from small town setting to the Lord of the Rings setting and not be too visually jarring. A big mental shift in style and mood there.

Are they going to bring Portman's character to Asgard for the last act of the movie? It'll be odd to have a love interest that only hangs out for the middle part of the film and then disappears from the film when the big story moments ramp up.

Gonna be a real challenge selling this thing to normal folk.

Can't wait.
