Oh yeah, several times.
I always stay in character when talking to fans so I am constantly trying to keep my responses to sound like things Threepio would say. This requires an unhealthy amount of iPod-listening to only Threepio quotes from the films. Then, when the moment presents itself, I try to create some improvised comments.
