First post here, but I think I have the rules down. I actually built this one last year, but until I started touching it up for this halloween I had forgotten about how much fun I have wearing my 'Tron Guy' costume. I tend to go for weird and fun little costumes that are maybe slightly obscure and grab attention. I mean the thing lights up--of course I'm going to make one. My original idea was actually to shoot for the MCP (AKA Moses), but mobility was a concern.
I have kind of a build thread below, but it's not a costume forum so there's very little actual details of its actual construction.

The main three threads I used to figure out what base items were came from here, and here (both on the rpf) and hugely here, which is tronguy's build. I departed a bit from expected on the arms and shoulders--the upper shoulders are display pads for a football jersey, everything else is 'washable wall' material, which is really easy to work with in this case.
The final build me 2 weeks, but much of it was sourced the month prior--had to locate the right helmet, have a body suit made, order lighting from china.
Anyways here are some pics--one of finished, 3 of various build stages. I'll probably add some more finished pics later.
