I've been wanting to make Jaffa marks out of etched brass for some time and now I have some made to show. Since this is my first time etching the marks, I used a much finer brass than I would for a project like this. I knew there would be mistakes and better to use cheaper brass than use thicker, more costly stuff. I did make some changes to a lot of the designs. They were done merely for keeping each mark as one piece instead of 2, or 10 depending on the piece. I'm not terribly fond of the attaching lines on Anubis (top left) and Apophis (bottom left). It did seem to work well for Aries (top middle), Baal (bottom middle), Setesh (top right), and Sokar (star). I completely flaked on Heru'ur so it has a detachable head 
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make Anubis or Apophis look better? Once I get that figured out, I’ll make some of good thickness and make something fun with them.
