Anyone know where I can get an empty light like the one used on the roentgens meter in bttf?

You need this US Navy CP-95A/PD Computer-Indicator Radiac for the meter and then add a Indicator Light/Push Button switch something like this :
A16 Pushbutton Switch (Detachable) (Lighted/Non-Lighted) (Cylindrical 16-dia.)/Features | OMRON Industrial Automation and then the Plutonium sticker.

No idea about mine regarding parts or its origins but i picked this fully built off usa ebay some years ago

Look for EAO and/or Idec indicators

I believe those Plutonium Meters and 88 Speedo are my parts built some years ago.

Do you have a scan or copy of the roentgens label? Im looking for one so I can build mine but I cant find one. Help?
