Some people has been asking me about a Face Shell in pepakura, well some time ago I made a helmet (spidey 2099) and a face shell that now i updated to match the shape of the new movies, I only changed a little the eyes an other minor modifications in the profile.

The unfold for now is for paper but i will unfold a foam version in a few days. Anyone interested in unfolding this for foam can do it, just post the links to the file in this thread.

This file is free, for Personal Use Only and no commercial use allowed.

Ken file looks great, but is a High poly 3d model, excellent for 3d printing but not for pepakura, unfolding would be a nightmare and pepping even worse.

Thanks you so much, , awesome

No, this faceshell is a diferent 3d model, it was originally made for a classic Spiderman in 2012 but i modified a little the mesh to match the face shell used in TASM2, so is similar in shape to Ken model.

Greetings.

Re: Spiderman Face Shell Pepakura File

Awesome, but can you make a version it doesnt have lense on faceshell but still have ams2 face shape, because maybe someone have a plastic lense that not fit with the lense of the faceshell ,so they would cut the hole to see out the faceshell when wearing it :)

Hi! Thank you very much for this. I'm gonna give it a try.
Would it be possible to get a matching lens frame template for this?

Those are great ideas about the lens, let me see what I can do in the next days.

Is there any way I could get the foam file as a PDF? I'm on Mac.

I will upload both in a few hours.

Greetings.

Looks great! What kind of paper are you using? And how difficult would you say it is for a beginner?

Re: Spiderman Face Shell Pepakura File - Foam version by JFCustom added

I don't know the English word for it (I'm from Sweden) it's paper from a beer box. A kind of box that houses 24 33cl beer cans. It's not that thick.
I found it to be very easy, I did it in a couple of hours

You are welcome, so no more waiting, now is time to cut some paper or foam :lol.
Any info on how to size this file?
Well, the default scale is 10.00 and fits perfectly in a 23 - 23,5 inches head.

For 24" you need to change the scale to 10.40 and for 22" the scale must to be 9.60

I will be working in the lenses once I finish my current project.

Cheers.
