How long did the chest piece take to "plastic" ?

A lot. It was all trial and error, since it's my first time building a suit. With some experience it shouldnt take too much. Three coats of resin should be enough. It's the filling and sanding that takes time.

Another small update, I'm busy with my job and I'm going really slow with the suit. Anyway, here's a test, it's colored with Photoshop. Now the chest is a single piece, before it was 2 parts, the front and the back.

Would mark vii helemet be possible to use with mark iii armor or does it not fit because of the neck?

I don't know, but if you build the armor you can always modify the neck to adapt it

I was wondering is there a way for you to render a pdf format of the mk3 arms? I dont have a laptop or computer just using a samsung tablet to find and print in pdf. If you can provide that ask me for my email address. Your suit is awesome but some of your files wont open in case you didnt know.
