Action Costumes Debacle....

He has a nasty attitude about the entire situation. Future potential buyers deserve to see this.

They might have rectified the situation in the end, but they didn't deliver on what was promised originally when it comes to arrival time or end product, then had the nerve to blame me for it not having the correct colors. Also tried to tell me it wasn't what their website was showing.

I can't image how much longer it would have taken had I not opened a case through PayPal in the final hour. Quit defending his shortcomings. Like I said, if the quality of product takes months, just be up front about that before having people send you 3k of their hard earned money. It's really simple. There's no good reason to take this post down. It serves an important role for holding everyone accountable. You don't have to agree with it.

The fact he wants me to erase this post should raise red flags for anyone looking to purchase from them. You cant bribe your way out of honest feedback. Correcting YOUR mistakes isn't doing me a FAVOR. Costume's look good, HONEST and ACCURATE communication needs work. I'll leave it at that. People can decide for themselves.

So you ended having almost 3 costumes for the price of 2, you say you liked the costumes. Case ended!!
All of the people that bought something from us really said that communication is one of our highlights. You can see that at our eBay´s feedback. You are the red flag sir!! We are a honest and great company that give it all for our costumers!!

Almost three costumes? Yeah I guess that's accurate because you replaced the upper tunic and cape because it wasn't up to the standard you put forth. Not sure what I'm going to do with that half a costume but okay. I don't think you understand, it's not about the communicationn itself, it's about honest communication. Is it about making promises you didn't keep. Do better. Until then this will serve as a warning to those who are choosing to do business with you and they can make up their own minds.

Compensation made! Like you can see we care about our clients from start to end! We are a serious company not a phantom one like many others!
I didn't say you didn't care, I said you need to work on having honest communication and quit stringing your clients along after they've paid you a large sum of money. You're very quick and eager to take their money but very slow to turn out a product. Then you make excuses for yourself in your country. If you can't deliver on your promises then don't make them.

You are not buying a TV here, you are getting a custom made costume, that needs time to be made! After all you liked what you got. And if you don´t like to buy something from other country buy it in your own and pay 3 times more! You got the real deal here and you are still yealing like a 3 years old child!
 
I don't think you realize in these conversations you're saying more about yourself than me. I knew it would take time. I asked you how much time. You told me how much time. The time did not match what you told me. Simple.
 
May I suggest you guys just take it to private PMs now to continue arguing? There’s enough info from both parties here in the thread for people to read and draw their own conclusions, and support, for one side or the other. At this point it is just continued finger pointing and beating a dead horse.
