Advanced Potion Making Pages

I know a few people have posted things like this for various books, but I'm only interested in this one book. Has anybody had a go at the page inserts for the Advanced Potion Making book with the half blood prince's notes? (I apologize if it has been posted before. I couldn't find anything)

Wow thank you so much. Like I said, I know their are a lot of threads on Advanced Potion Making, but I couldn't find one with the inside pages. I'm looking more to make one than to buy one, that's just how I am =P, so the second link is actually a great start for me. I can probably add in the half blood prince's notes myself.
