"Allo" Worm from the Labyrinth

As far as the eyes for the babies, I find the two-tone eyes as well. They could work, though. You can imagine that the third eye color is something that develops as they mature into adults. Or you can buy the clear eyes and try to paint the colors yourself. That would give you ultimate creative control.

My measurements suggest that the babies would take 5mm eyes as well.

Thanks guys!
I got a few painted for my wife to build up for her orders.
Here they are without the "hair". I also painted up one of the babies the same colors as the mom.

I'll post another pic when she finishes one up.

I still haven't got round to starting work on mum, but I finally got the kids finished (took forever to find purple hair!).

I got mine a while ago, and it's a great piece. I won't be able to work on it until after Halloween, but I'm looking forward to it. I got two, thinking to do one with glass eyes and one with painted, but now I'm thinking about trying to glass eyes first, and keeping the second one as a backup. I've never done the process described in this thread, and it sounds a little scary...

Recieved my pair, love them :thumsup

So far, I've painted the main worm as in the movie and his wife purple. I haven't painted the kids yet.

Thank You.

Any suggestions where i can get the blue hair? German shops preferred!

Try to find a fabric store. They usually sell plush hair in several colors. For mine, though, I just went to a local craft store and bought white hair (they didn't have blue), and colored it with a blue fabric dye marker.

omg I want one!!!! Where can I buy one?

We tried to get the maker to sell more, in fact we put together a list of people who said they would buy one or the whole family, but the request was ignored and no response received. To me, that message was received loud and clear...he has no interest in making another run.

This was a lot of fun to paint up and detail. Great work on a very nice kit Vash! :):thumbsup
Resurrection!

Hey buddy, I wish I could still see the photos you posted all the years ago. It sounds like it was a challenging build, like mine, but it turned out great.

Any chance you still have the photos.
