Darthgordon - I am really happy to see that it met your expectations. The portion of time it took to get there isn't what we anticipated, but being the first run of any costume unfortunately bears this burden. In the end, the colors, braid, patterning finally met our own personal expectations and glad that its finally in your hands.

However... I just noticed something. The zipper does not tuck into the collar. I was under the impression that it was supposed to...

Define "tuck"

Our zipper extends up past the collar so that it can be clasped over.

Uh oh. That's what I meant. It doesn't appear to extend far enough to clasp in the collar.

That's right about where most our zippers stop. We didn't leave too much slack because we were afraid it might dig in too much into the costumer's neck and/or stick up past the collar.

The problem is the little plastic "stoppers" (I don't know the technical name), keeps the zipper from going up in the collar :unsure

That is an issue if its blocking the zipper all together. I have seen this before, but typically it can slip out from under the clasp. If this is not the case, just email me direct - I can get it get it exchanged.

Late to this party but would love to see more photos of these, thanks for those that have shared. I think it really looks great. if the Christmas cash happens and EE still has one I will have to have it.

As for pants, we are still on the lookout for the right material. Most important, because pants are the common recurring piece, we need the supply to be stable . Once we find the material from a stable reproduceable source we'll have a target date.

I see. Both the TOS and new movie lines need to have pants to complete the uniforms!

I have the DNKY boots for the new movie but have not yet ordered that tunic. Was waiting for the set to be available as those pants are not off the rack, lol

So does anyone have advice on places to get TOS pants and boots?
I think I need to find me a good phaser to carry around also.

As far as TOS pants, if you are not big on Screen accuracy check e-bay There are a few there that do ok work.

As far as the Boots, get the from Willies or Durans.

Thanks for schooling me on boots. Looks like the budget to complete this outfit is higher than I expected.

Hmm to wait and get official pants or take a chance on ebay....

A lot of people do not know but for a Accurate TOS Uniform, Tunic, Pants, and Boots will set you back at least $ 800.00- $1000.00
