The proper venue to ***** and moan is through a thread here or another prop replica board, or to file a fraud report, or open an ebay/paypal claim for resolution.
A one-sided slander attack should not be tolerated by anyone, regardless of the situation. After all, who knows? You could be the next victim of such.

And there is the possibility - if looking at the locations of both seller and buyer, and with foreknowledge of power supply differences - that someone may have plugged in their arc reactor without proper conversion, blew it out, and is demanding satisfaction.
Regardless of the seller's attempts to rectify the situation or not, an Ebay listing is not the way to air a grievance. We should be opposed to this on general principle alone.
