If you go to the main page, and click "Log In / Register", it takes you to the login page. Towards the top right is "Customer Service"

I'm not panicking yet, but I did the Log In thing, found my order listed as pending even tho' my Paypal account says payment complete, wrote customer service on both website and thru' my email...
...and no response yet. But that is only a few days ago.

Just sayin'

Boy, I thought when the site went live at first and I was going to order the Mal pistol it said I would charged right then. I even had it in my cart until I read that. Maybe that has changed now. If not charged ahead on that I might still place a preorder.

Hello all,

I've been having some problems with my order too, partly my fault because of a glitch in the system when first launched that let me order even though I don't live in the US. I just wanted to say that they DO respond to e-mail and phone calls (I even spoke to Steve himself on the phone today... thanks for sorting it out guys.) even though some messages seem to be "falling through the cracks".

QMX has some solid people behind it from what I understand, so I went ahead and pre-paid my entire order already and I'm not worried. Now I just have to (somehow) be patient until the stuff starts shipping.

Thought I got a shipment notice for these, but it was for something else, not even from QMX, sorry for the confusion.
