The last mold I made worked pretty well, but unfortunately there were a few small problems with it which ended up causing it to get damaged with pulls. My bad.

So I'm making a new, better one, with the help of a laser cutter. Much less work to get smooth surfaces like this.

Ok, skipped a bit of production here. Molded the handle, slush cast the handle and filled with expanding foam, painted, and assembled.

It looks a little better than this, because my camera sucks. But it's still not perfect. There are a number of things that need improvement, some of which are cosmetic, some are practical. But I'd give this version a solid "B" grade. Working on the "A" grade soon!

i feel like this is too good to be fake... i'm kidding this is awesome, looks a little short? i probably would have made it a couple inches longer but that's something to be SUPER picky on, but yes this is awesome, well done
