Alright, by now I hope everyone has seen the movie and completely fallen in love with baby groot. I decided I needed to have one so I spent some time sculpting my own. This is made out of super sculpy, but I do plan on molding it to make some resin copies in the very near future.
Paint on this one was quick just to get an idea of the final piece. Final copies will be fully painted and have added moss/leaves, etc. The pot used is also not final, just one I had lying around.
This thread is purely to see how many people would potentially want one of these if I'm going to go through the trouble.
Without actually doing the math or having the materials in hand, I'd guess about $55 shipped for raw copies and $100 shipped for fully finished and potted replicas.
