im definitely interested in the Vader sized mannequin, will it be accurate in size to Dave Prowse's measurements at 6'6" tall. 78 inches?

Yeah, but I'll be starting up the Vader project very soon! in the next weeks I will have the factory start the sculpting process for the accurately sized vader mannequins. Stay tunes when I have details.
Once the Vader master is sculpted and I have a base product to show you, I will open up the Pre-orders. It will take about 3 months from the time the preorder opens and when they arrive.
I will be handling the EU sales and my partner Jim will be handling the USA.
Unfortunately if you're not in the EU or USA, shipping is going to be a hard stone to crack. We will cross this bridge when we get there.

any idea on when you'll start the PO for the Vader mannequins?
These are a fully separate project and will be a custom build for me and my partner. We will be commissioning a custom sculpt and them it will be molded in fiberglass with an egg shaped head (to make it easy to get the helmet on and off) and fully articulated arms and hands, using a different method vs my foam ones. This Vader one will be a different level of detail and quality.
