Got his handsome mug completed yesterday, handy 2 day sculpt. Will add all the piercings/scars/wounds directly onto the cast rather than sculpt them on. Not the best pics but here he is...

That looks like it will kind of be a bitch to mold. I am trying to mold my own Predator head, which is nowhere near as detailed as yours, and have run into a few complications. Looks Really SICK!!!

half way through molding him right now, Molding is simple enough once you've done it a few times

Best update this build. Mask sculpt was molded and demold, as soon as I can afford latex I'll get 1 cast up.
Molded up all 32 fangs and mandibles. Have also pulled a cast of hands and feet too.
