Boardwalk Empire costume discussion.

So I thought it was high time someone started a thread on the wonderful costumes from Boardwalk Empire. I would love to hear about anyone that has any great stories, info, or inside track on this.

I do know that the fabrics for the menswear were all custom woven by Rabbit Goody out of North Carolina and were tailored by Martin Greenfield in NYC. As a tailor myself, I am blown away by the costumes in this show.

Mr. Bungle and I started discussing this a couple months ago and decided to try a group for Dragon Con 2013. So far we've got a Jimmy and Richard. If anyone has any interest in joining the fun, we'd love to start a conversation about it.

And just because I feel like I have to. Pics! This first one is the suit I'd like to make for myself.

I totally agree with you. My girlfriend and I drool over the costumes on this show every episode. Just amazing.

As is the show itself. I think the only thing on TV that I hold in higher regard right now is Game of Thrones, and that's just by a narrow margin.
