Okay guys, some of you jumped in on the protocol droid arm pistons run I announced last week. Things have changed thanks to input by other accuracy enthusiasts, we got enough people interested and the run is now going ahead.
What changed? The pistons are now all aluminium, just like the film used ones were. The end pieces also feature a 3 part design, similar to the originals.
What does that mean? They're not just even more accurate, but about two thirds lighter and the cost came down considerably.
A set of 4 pistons is now $240 plus shipping (and VAT for European customers).
The run of 15 sets is almost sold out, so if anyone is on the fence, now is the time to jump in on this! We only have three slots available at this point
