Re: Cancelling (answered)

I need to cancel as well. The paypal page is gone. How do I cancel my recurring membership?

Turn off Auto renew Premium Subscription via CC payment

I see no way to turn off the auto pay method in my account settings for Premium memberships.
Where is this located?

Re: Turn off Auto renew Premium Subscription via CC payment

Please refer to the previous post.
Correct I see no "Payments" tab anywhere on the pages under settings.
I'll just wait and see next time billing come around and see what happens.
Thx for the quick response.

They change around the website from time-to-time but if you do a search in their help section I am sure you can find how to do it.

I have the opposite problem. My auto-renewal of premium membership has suddenly stopped and all the ads have reappeared on the page and my mailbox has suddenly become 'too full' to use. Why? There's funds in my paypal for the auto-renew...

You need to check your autopay/subscriptions in your Paypal account as that is what controls payment being sent.
