Very nice indeed.
A couple of questions, and a suggestion:
How did you handle the firing pin disconnect with the moving bolt?
I can't see how you implemented the non-hammer setup.
What are the internal and external dimensions of the barrel and magazine pipes?
WRT the ejection problem: I think that's because your ejector is too high.
The round will try to eject at an angle along a line between the extractor and the ejector, so yours is trying to eject low out to the side, but the port is higher than that.
If the ejector was lower (nearer to opposite the extractor), the ejection angle would be higher, and so nearer to straight out the port.
That said, it might be impractical to fit the ejector lower.
