Comic Accurate Superior Spider-Man Eye Pieces

Hello guys, been loving the First Superior Spider-Man suit and was trying a way to make awesome eye pieces that are accurate.

This video, made by Joe Lai, gave me the idea https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a4rUjDNSJKs&list=UUoP-hTzafx_XVgG2ckpuOIg

What I'm planning to do is 3D print a model of the lens piece , then use a performer with a sheet of see through/mesh white plastic and make the lens pieces from that, the frames I can just 3D print.

I want someone to test this idea out for me.

This is a pic of the 3D model I made.

Well I think your best best is to mimic the processes of TJack. Print and test those pieces on your own or with the help of another spidey, then make adjustments if needed. After youve done lots of tests to make sure theyre the right size and shape, sand and polish the rims up and mold them. Then cast those in a plastic that will take heat well so people can form them to the faceplates or add to their spidey suits. The clear bubbles for the eyes are vacuum formed and the mesh is between two of the bubbles. Other than that, your design looks good thus far. Maybe fillet the edges of the white part or make it more round. The rims look pretty spot on with the little "eye liner wing" sorta thing that Superior has. If anything is confusing, I can try to explain further.

I already know about how to test them, and knowing what issues might happen and how to go about them, I just a need a guy to do it for me because I don't have the money or time to do that.
