Custom Sculpey S.H.I.E.L.D. Badges!

OK - so I etched a 4" OD SHIELD badge last night and this morning a hit it with a light coat of paint and after about 30 minutes drying buffed off (by hand, not with a power tool) the paint from the raised layer with 220 grit sand paper. My mask for the etching wasn't the best It's ever produced, so there are pock marks in the final product.

It you guys are right and the correct dimension of the badge is a 60mm OD, I will revise the template to 60mm and improve the font size in the text around the outside ring.

Now I'm going to replace the NISSAN logo on my trunk with this badge, and add some antigrav generators to the wheel wells ...

And it occurs to me that maybe the original file with graphic layers may be useful to all of you. It's .xcf format, which is the raw files for GiMP.
