Assuming the efx Bo helmet is the size of the screen used helmets, the DN certainly is not "true to size of original asset". Most of the DN helmets say "Helmet fits up to a size 8 US hat size.". The Death Trooper Concept helmet says "Helmet fits up to a size 7.25 US hat size." even though the regular Death Trooper says size 8.

I bet they changed their mind on the size of the Bo helmet to make it wearable by more people and didn't update the webpage.

I didn't realize this. The two helmets are identical other than deco.

My DT Specialist arrived! It's an absolutely stunning piece. I'm majorly let down by how small it is; I can't even get my brow past the lens. This helmet is definitely not a US size 8 as they advertise it. Such a shame, as I was hoping to wear it with a full Specialist costume, as I'm 200cm.

The only reason I bought it was because it was listed as such. Feels like false advertising if I'm being honest.

I also have difficulty getting my brow into the Anovos version, but there is a trick to it that works for me. I have to push my head as far back as possible in the helmet and sort of roll/tilt the lens past my brow ridge.

Thanks for the tip, no luck, unfortunately. There isn't enough give in the padding for my head to squeeze through, it feels solid. I'm around a US 8, and it felt like it was at minimum a size down from that.

This is what the internal padded lining looks like. I haven't added any extra padding, as I can't get my head in regardless. Here's a couple pictures I took with the LEDs turned on. Truly a stunning helmet in my opinion.

I just got that season 2 and it looks really nice. Also, that was my final helmet I got with credit from my Anovos purchases. Glad to finally be in the free and clear. I do appreciate that DN took care of everything I was owed and/or allowed me to switch to in stock stuff when I wanted.

Those other Sabine helmets look nice but I'm sticking to more inexpensive helmets now a days.

WOO HOO!!! Just received shipping notice from Denuo Novo for the Imperial Patrol Trooper helmet. This actually shipped sooner than I expected considering the number of sales they must've had due to Black Friday and it being the holiday season. No ETA on the UPS website yet, but should be soon.

My Death Trooper Specialist has shipped. It wasn't obvious who the courier is but after doing a bit of google searching it's via EPost Global. Can't say I've ever heard of them.

UPS still hasn't received my Patrol Trooper helmet from DN even though I received an email from DN last Thursday stating it's on it's way.

The DN version is definitely not bad, but I will say that if I were to order one it would be the EFX.

Now I want to see both of them displayed next to a Hasbro. I realize Hasbro is not at the same level, but the Hasbro Bo Katan helmet has one of the best paint apps of all the Hasbro helmets.

Yes that would be interesting.Is the Hasbro smaller or bigger as the DN version?
