Dirty Harry

I'm in the middle of putting a Clint Eastwood Dirty Harry display together and am looking for a screen accurate id. Does anyone on the board do one?
Thanks.

I can help with that. PM me :)

We had a thread on this a few months ago.

Problem with most ID's that are made is that the pics used are almost always shot outdoors. Here's a cap of his ID from that thread.

The Enforcer uses the same picture but a different signature for the Chief of Police.

The main problem is that the actual picture used on the ID is not from a specific frame shown in the film making capping it and using it impossible. The lack of a pose hurts, possibly an alternate take from the office scenes that occur from 17-20 minutes into the film based on the clothing and lighting, although I will say his hair does seem to be bushier on film than in the ID. Also possibly taken from a wardrobe test.

I'm waiting for my blu-ray set to arrive, hoping for a nice clear ID shot.

This is the actual picture used for the ID, however the quality is not good.

Here is the Dirty Harry ID, zoomed, rotated, and relatively corrected for true: Note the badge seems to have stained the center of the plastic window and over the picture.

And just for fun, from the Enforcer, showing the same ID but with a new signature, this appears just for a couple of seconds:

Great Stuff Dbuck!

I'm working on a Badge, Wallet, ID set right now, that I hope to offer it to RPF'ers sometime this year!

Keep an eye out.

Hi,
A couple of quick pics of my badge display along side a vintage Lawman Leather .44 Magnum holster and Balorama sunglasses.

in fact it is the badge which rubbed of on the id, because there is not plastic in carry it leaf at least in this scéne.
