Error message showing code

So I had a bit of an odd situation where my browser crashed and closed all windows BUT the RPF window. However clicking on the tab brought up an error that I was logged in within another window and to refresh the page. I didn't grab the actual error message.

However, the message itself that was in the popup window had <br> code in it. Not sure where it is stored, but thought someone might want to check into it.
