I guess I should have updated this thread months ago! 
Djinn came through for me in late summer or early fall. I received my light-up ring early enough that I was able to wear it on Halloween!
This light-up ring was made just for me, as part of a private trade that Djinn and I conducted over at the Green Lantern Corps Forum. He only made the 1, and at the present time, he has no plans to make anymore. Sorry guys, but if you want one, you'll have to get it elsewhere.
