The second Bubba Gump restaurant opened in my hometown of Lahaina and had that letter on display. I'll have to see if one of my friends or family can go in and see if it's still there.

Chicago has a Bubba Gumps at Navy Pier, so maybe one of our Chicago members can check it out.
