mines made out of a couple layers of the foam i used for the armor then some 6mm and 2mm foamies for details

also im this my finished product, im happy with the way everything turned out.. not going for 100% accurate just a fun costume to wear

Sounds good bro, and yea, as long as you're not trying to make it as close as possible, cause it's a lot more of a pain to hold when you get the stock off, though I'm using mine as the mag holder.

as the resident GEars foam guy, this is pretty good!

the only issue I have and its an easy fix is the shoulders. make a second set and try and make them more rounded and bulky.

you can do this by sectioning off the pads in 4 quadrants. cut the edges at an curved line not str8 and glue together, like a mercator projection.

i hope that makes sence.

had a great time a florida super con in my armor... to bad when i switched out costumes i had to leave it in the car and well the sun melted the hot glue and thats the end of that lol if i rly wanted to i could fix it but since i got nothing comming up im guna let it sit for awhile
