Good black mesh for eyes?

I picked up a scream ghost face costume as a quick halloween trick-or-treat thing this week. My only problem is you can clearly see my eyes through the mask. Any good, readily available and cheap meshes I can get to replace the stock mesh with?

Believe it or not, most hockey mask makers, including myself, use black panty hose to black out eyes. You can get them really cheap at WalMart, something like $2 for the generic ones.

This is going to sound wierd. But for my Darth Nihilus I cut the sleave off of an old under armor long sleave shirt. Sewed one end shut and pulled that over my head and it works perfectly.

Black polyester fabric.

I've tried pantyhose, tule etc. and they work alright, but your eyes can be seen clearly with a camera flash.

Try the remnants bin at your local Jo-anns, just stretch it and hold up to the light, the stuff I got recently was perfect and it only cost me .84 cents.

I've got to head out towards JoAnn's this weekend so if I can't find polyester I will go with pantyhose for the eyes. Excellent ideas guys, thanks!
