Wow, thanks everyone for all the interest! I'll repost pics of the plaque once I've, um, fixed the typo! Then I'll list on the Junkyard.

The open logo has a small hole drilled in the top so it can be hung on a small nail. The plaque can be hung either using the holes in each corner or the keyhole slots milled into the back. I'll post detail pics.

About the hilt... I based the art on the logo from the movie. It looks to me like they refined the design a bit. Seemed to work better for this application. But, as I researched it I found many variations on different versions. So I used what I thought looked best.

My machine will cut up to 22" x 44". I selected this size as it fits in the largest flat rate box from the Post Office. But larger custom sizes can be made on request. I also have access to much larger CNC machines at another shop, up to 5 x 10 feet!

Did you do anything more with this? They are fantastic and I for one would love one for my office and maybe my front door, and perhaps the garage door... I really could just keep going on and on lol they are that awesome.
