Help resizing Silk suit pattern using photoshop

Hey everyone!

Ok so this is my first suit ever and I just got the Silk Costume pattern from Gun head Design. I have been looking up how to resize it with photoshop and I have asked Orhadar but I am still somewhat confused where to start. Does anyone know where I may be able to find a tutorial somewhere or something it would be extremely helpful. I am 5'5" and the pattern is set to 5'9"-6'1" once I find a way to resize it I will post in case any one else needs help with it as well.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
