Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, The

I have a question about Thorin's map.

Weta's replica is 12.6" x 16.3" (H x W x D) or 32 cm x 41.5 cm. What scale is this. Would this be the size Freeman would hold for a scene, or the size McKellen would hold for a scene?

If you consider that a hobbit/dwarf scale is 2/3 the size of human scale, then based on the weta map, a human scale map size would be slightly smaller than a sheet of paper. If you print one off, and trim the edges to match the weathering, you probably would be right about there. Now, I'm not sure what actual size the prop map is in the image above but as you can see, it comes close to what I was stating. Thoughts?

Yeah very nice...

Soneone got that floor plan from Bilbo's house?!? WETA sell an official version, but I don't like the WETA logo and copyright, etc. on the prop...
