How do you guys wash your body suits?

I am assuming you do it by hand but dp the colors ever come out or smear or anything. Wondering for my doj suit I will be getting soon. Thanks!

Is it a sub dyed suit? Most folks who have spiderman, deadpool, etc hand wash, lay flat to dry

Off of Fabric on Demands website : "Most of our fabrics require little special care and feeding. We suggest a mild detergent with a gentle cycle for the first time the fabric is washed. Treat them as you would treat your other fabrics, but know that ours will be more forgiving. They are lightfast, colorfast, and will not run, smudge, or fade. Both the 7 and 10 ounce cotton duck should not be washed in a traditional washing machine. These fabrics should be washed by hand and hung or laid flat to dry."

I just hand wash mine in the sink with some mild fabric powder. Really all you're trying to clean out if it is your sweat and smell. Then I hang it on two hangers to dry.

I tried dry cleaning and it worked pretty decently, but hand washing is your best bet, if you have shoes attached you can keep them from being washed and when you hand wash you can see all the dirt, sweat and nastyness coming out.
