Zorg, I used alumilite when I pressure moulded and cast some intricate items in the past and it worked like a charm. The silicon cure time was 3 hours, so I left the pressure pot rolling overnight. The resin was the regular fast cure, but I'd recommend the intermediate which takes a bit longer to cure. It gives more working time especially if you are gonna be doing several pours in one casting session. I had zero bubbles nor did I use any separating medium. I do recommend the vaseline and talcum method if you do use a sep medium however. It doesn't soften the castings if it's kept extremely light. Gimme a holler if you want more info on the alumilite.
