None of those replicate the metal hero with sandblasted body and shiny emitter, no? I think those would be quite demanded as there is a food photo reference of it. Just my opinion of course.

Edit: I guess the Gallia one is the one actually.

The Koth/Gallia.

You've done awesome work. A couple questions though. I see a bunch of people refer to a metal hero with a blasted finish. I'm pretty sure the bodies were always painted resin. (Just the one with the metal emitters and purple hemis didn't have a lot of black weathering on top) I don't think there ever was a metal hero, only replicas have metal bodies and the media-blasting is a way of replicating the painted finish of the original.

Also, I'm wondering what you got for the overall dimensions when you scaled the saber. I get around 269mm

Dan, yes, I referenced a metal master early in the thread. I was talking about the hilt in the box and later said it was indeed resin based on bubbles that could be seen in other photos. The ones we see all have resin bodies, but the grooves that were cut show signs of machining processes. I guess it was assumed that there was a metal master at some point. but it could have just as easily been RenShape or Delrin.

I was playing with the render adding better surface finishes and when trying to add a darker appearance to the grips grooves it painted it all and I kind of liked it. Reminds me of the Hangman from Shadowfoil a bit.
