Indiana Jones - Emperor's Tomb Diary

[Protoss]

After a fellow member of our german Indy board made his version of Indy's 1935 Journal (based on the game manual) I decided to make my own one.
The basic blanc diary was provided by MurdocXXL, who did an amazing job on binding a complete book on demand! :eek



Most of the inserts of that diary arise from the PDF-Version of the manual, needing a very elaborate digital enhancement. :unsure
Others are taken direcly from the game. Some pages had to be altered from the actual game manual information into a a more 'story-like' version.


The cover itself will be engraved, but I'll take care of that later

Small update on the Journal. Two pages on which the the game instructions from the manual had to be replaced with something that fits more into an actual diary.

Thanks a lot! Currently a punching tool for the bird track is under construction. Still no final idea how to do the lettering... :unsure

After I've been burried under work for a couple of weeks I finaly had some spare time which I spent for my Emperor's Tomb Journal.

With the help of 'Stefan Jones' (thanks a lot buddy!) I was able to find a manufacturer in Czechia who made the bird-track-stamp on demand. Sadly he made the track slightly too large, but the overall look is quiet good, so I don't mind.

I think the size is perfect considering the manual appears a shrunken version of a real diary. This is absolutely outstanding, I wish I could buy one.

Hope you will find a way to do the "JOURNAL" print on the cover as well

A shrunken version?!? :eek Then I screwed it for I'm making a 1:1 version of the Manual :facepalm :lol
Considering most of the contents I don't think it's shrunken, but I'm willing to be corrected.

@ Murdoc: Yeah, the lettering is one of the most challenging parts of this project and I still have no idea. Until there are still many pages still waitingh to be finished I still have time to think of something :cool
