if i can tell you something that tickled me : your back/chest seems large if i were you i'd cut a little bit were the parts meets !!
as i say its just something i notice you are not obligated to take it in consideration
also i've followed your build since i registered on the rpf and your 'e one of my favorites !

it tickled me as well first time i'd seen it fitted up(somethings aren't noticeable till its as one),with having to cut n shut the cod/abs to make them larger and more hottoys like.It also meant having to add a bit to each side where the back n chest meet to get them to seat over the ab section.
There is no way of cutting a section out to bring them closer because they sit perfectly flush with the abs/spine when sat on the display stand.

I can live with it on the mk4lol.Although a easy fix is to create a panel from foamex what sits in each side.
But i've modded the new mk6 to hopefully close a bit of that airspace:lol,for you:thumbsup.

A little more done on the Mk6.
The sides have been glassed and filled to close the chest gap,hopefully:wacko.
Although its now very similar to the hottoys chest.

Well there's been no progress on the mk6,or the rest of the suits.
The weather dont help,or a bout of flu.
But sometimes a break is much needed,gets a little repetitive.:thumbsup

So a totally different update.
After watching im on tv last week,i decided i was gonna build a mk1 helmet.
Armed with a sheet of foamex,tin of bodyfiller and a few ref pics went to work.
Couldn't find any ref pics of the top,so ad libbed a little.
Apologies for no progress pics,but this time it was head down and on with the job.

Trying for size.

In primer.

Unfortunately it will have to wait till the better weather for painting.
