Did the real Greener Case have a Painted or Stained interior? I would have thought it was painted like the exterior. Were you able to find a can to match the Gun Cleaning Solvent?

I leave for a 2 week vacation and what does flimzy in my absence? ANOTHER COOL PROP BUILD!!I, for one, really appreciate the period correct usage of flat/slotted head screws. It's that kind of attention to detail that really makes someone's work stand out
Slotted screws? Yes, when the prop demands it...but, as an ex-European living in Canada, I was glad to discover Phillips/Robertson screws
Everything fits but I’m still going to do some alterations on the final one.
waiting for some stock before finishing the spreaders. I didn’t notice before that there are 2 in the box.
trying to find the right cord. I can use hemp but I’ll have to flame treat it.

Would you believe I found that pad over a year ago after days of searching the web. It was the only one that matched. I went to buy more and everywhere is out no one carry’s the 31 mod . But I just found some one who can get me a few for the suppliers. I found a video where they have a rig for grinding the pads I was thinking of making one of them. But stay tuned I might need your help.

You can help me. At the moment everything with this version is scaled from pictures but the one dimension I’ve really struggled with and have no reference to compare with anything else is the width of the action. So if you have a stock how wide is it where it meats the action. It’s one thing I’m sure I got wrong. I don’t think mine is wide enough.
Sure, no problem - I’ll take some pics & measurement when I get home from work today
