Mine are that size aswell and i used 3 sheets but also did chest and back twice.

Out of curiosity, where are you guys getting sheets that large? Or are they rolls of foam?

Which program are you using to open the .rar files? You may have said already, but I googled several that cost money and a couple of free ware. Does anyone have a recommendation please? Thank you very much in advance!

I use WinRAR, but any freeware that can handle rar files will go well. No need to have the best one with a bucketful of options and features, it only have to open the *.rar archive and extract the files in a folder. You could almost do it yourself manually by only using a *.dll...

Any hopes for the deathstroke gauntlets, boots with the spikes and any other armor bits from Injustice Gods Among Us to go along with that helmet? This thread is way too good. Thanks for all of your hard work JF!

Even with less files and more foam, still not enough time ! ;)

Note that this MK1 will probably fall in spread parts on the ground unless you attach each part properly, on your own... I thought about many many straps and belt-clips, and mainly a rough foam undersuit (at least for the abs/chest section), to fill the gaps between the various parts, and to make them hold nicely together in a coherent set. For example, you can pick up some Classic Iron Man parts as underlayer, available first page first post, and attach your MK1 upon it...

I've just include the assembled suit file in the rar package. It can be helpful for scaling and assembling.:$

I was looking at your MK1 and it really is so close to the actual suit..... it can can look like the movie with the right details.... great job! Or more...great find and unfold!
