I for the life of me have searched and found nothing. I want to get a coat like the one he was wearing in the third act of the movie. Maybe even the whole outfit. I have no idea who made that blue coat, or what type it was. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

if you mean his civilian clothes look for something along the lines of Water-Resistant Raincoat Knit Bib Removable Hooded Black/GRAY/NAVY. working in retail those are the descriptive words that might get you closer. as far as the brand and whatnot, that might be harder to tell because there's quite a few brands that would make something like that. Calvin Klein Men, Weatherproof, NorthFace, seem like a good bet. i thought it was black in color but i could be wrong. but here are some i found that are close.

i best thing to do is get some scene stills and match details. i know the hood lining is gray and the jacket looks black, it seems to have pockets, the length is long but above the knee.
the rest seems to be charcoal gray slacks, a black crew neck knit, under that seems to be a plaid red/white dress shirt. this type of clothes is easily found at your local macys.
the only other thing he wore in the movie was a police uniform which was blue. but that's also self explanatory.
