Left Handed Characters

The T-1000 fires his Berreta (in the mall scene) with his left, he also drops the clip with his left and reloads. Which would mean the cop he took the gun from would have to be a lefty but then he later shoots with his right!! hhhaaaa, my head hurts.
No, they teach cops to fire off-hand. It's tricky as hell once you first attempt it.

Robocop. I would say no. His built-in holster compartment is on his right leg (not a cross draw). In most of the pictures I looked at, he is holding the weapon in his right. There are very few where you can see him hold it in his left.

I'm a lefty! The only one out of my family, I notice lefty characters but can't remember all of them. Awesome lefty characters

I just Googled lefty and August 13th is International Left Hander's Day!! What you got on THAT righties!? LOL

I think the idea of the thread is about characters, not actors. Not all left handed actors can be seen in the movies portraying their character as lefties. If you want to know more actors who are lefties, I posted a link to a website toward the start of this thread that has a list of famous real people who are left handed.

So it's not about naming/or showing the actor, but a specific character. Which is why this has already be posted...

B5's John Sheridan is a lefty.

JLeezy23 I appreciate the input. I am not so much after specific actors, but parts they might have played being left handed. This thread was started to help us southpaws (OK me) know what options are out there for left handed costumes, specific characters. I am also curious to know how many modify costumes to make right handed costumes into left handed ones.

If I am doing a specific character such as Luke Skywalker or Col Jack O'Niell, I replicate the costume exactly. But if it is a non-specific character, such as if I am doing my own personal SG-1 character, I do have a left-handed Zat holster.

Some holsters are very difficult to recreate such as Nu BSG early seasons and Farscape so you often rely on other builders to get the m from. Most of these builders only designed the right handed holsters. So I would in such cases like left but I find myself limited.

I don't know how many of his characters are lefties, but Dan Aykroyd is. Not much use in mirroring a proton pack if you're wanting to replicate Ray Stantz whether he's a lefty or not though since the packs are all right-hand draws.

Also it makes sense that Tim Allen's character from Galaxy Quest is a lefty. Tim Allen is one himself.

Fun Fact: Most of the Muppets and other Jim Hensen puppet characters are left-handed. I want to see you do a Cookie Monster costume, Steve. :D

Bernard Hill is a Lefty, so King Theoden is too (except the Sword-on-the-Spears Scene in Return of the King, he had to do that one Righty).

I'm left handed and been told im quite a character... dad joke much?

I get that too! I can say something completely normal like "Damn its so hot i touched the car door and look what happened" and the people around me start laughing.

Unless its my tone of voice, i usually talk like i'm jokingly sarcastic. I introduced myself to a lady the other day and she thought i was lying about my name.... Who would do that? Haha

Green Lantern Kyle Raynor is left-handed. Alan Scott(the Golden Age GL) might be also, because he wears his ring on his left hand.
