Luke tatooine rifle from ANH

Timing is everything. I'm watching a rerun of an American Pickers episode right now, and on one of their picks they found what the seller called a "Moroccan camel gun" as EchoLeader mentioned above. I'm far from being an expert, but it sure looks like the base for Luke's rifle. BTW, according to the seller, the reason for the elongated barrel is to get the ball/round/bullet past the camel's head.

Yes his rifle is either a Jezail. They are used by tribemen from morroco/libya upto Afghainistan and Chechnya. A friends son brought one back from Iraq a few years ago, it's almost 6 feet long.

Search for Jambai or Dzahmbai rifle (Denix made a version of it as well IIRC).

I have a real one in my collection, crappy condition.
