Necro thread I know.

Are those your suits from "From the Earth to the Moon" or did you build up new ones? Just curious.

Also, thinking of building up a live fire replica. Seems pretty straightforward

No, we have built a number of upgraded suits since FTETTM. Many of the FAM Apollo suits where the ones we made for "First Man" and the EMU suits are upgraded versions of the suits we made for "Space Cowboys". Although, FAM did use some A7Lb suits, and I guess those are the FTETTM suits, although modified I think for IMAX's "Magnificent Desolation".

I think FAM props used some type of "Blow back" blank replicas. Then VFX adds their embellishments.
