Mignola style Hellboy pistol - Finished!

You know, I've been a long admirer of Tim's Hellboy Magnum, but MAN! The detail in how you weathered it is AWESOME.

And yeah, I'm with you on the "Cold Iron" bit. The Samaritan Pistol from the movies is supposedly made of melted down church bells, but I don't think they've ever actually said in the Comic Mignolaverse.

EXCELLENT job, sir!

I can only echo what has already been said--awesome! The detail, the weathering, the textured grips, the lanyard ring; flawless! I'd hate to see someone coming at me in a dark alley holding one of those... (y)thumbsup

I'm not a fan of the grip texture (though I can certainly appreciate why you did it). The paintjob on the gun itself is simply fantastic! I have to say, it really does look like weathered metal! :thumbsup

Wow!
I did one as well (inspired by Tim's), but I think I'm gonna take it down and redo the grips to make them fatter.
Is there a larger toy gun out there that we could use to get the oversized version of this gun?
Not to hijack, but here's the one I did:
