Mold dreads

do I have to put some release agent in the silicone or will not it be necessary?
Hey brother! Although Release may not be required for a Silicone mold, Urethane has been known to stick to Silicone. When in doubt, use it. I use a general Release it with all my Silicone molds for the fact that it protects the mold and keeps it in top shape.

ok thanks for advice.
What kind of respiratory protection is used for this type of foam ?
respirator with organic steam filter?

Is this a good filter for using Flexfoam?

Looking Good bro!!! :D

You can also try putting in some black food colouring/dye together with the foam mixture before you pour so your foam comes out dark grey-ish/black-ish. so might not need as much plastidip or none at all :D or when the plastidip wear off, it won't show a bright white underneath..only if you want :D

I had that idea at first but I did not get the pigment and I decided on the plastidip

use black pigment and look like a dark gray. I proceeded to put some black acrylic paint on it and it was much better. the foam absorbs the paint and grabs it very well. this is the method that I see best.
