UPDATE: New print of revised sculpt. I made some changes to the model (I'll post some new renders soon) which I think will be the finalized version of her. The main change was that I smoothed the underside of the jaw and extended it back towards the neck so there's a bit less of a gap, but still room to tilt the head. I only printed one head this time, but I still have the different hairstyles, all updated with the adjustments too. I also tried mixing color into the resin to match the body. I bought a set of alcohol inks and I'm pretty pleased with the results. My color matching turned out pretty close.

Since the resin color matches the body, I'm not sure of how I want to smooth it. Sanding can cause a loss of detail, so I could try painting extra resin to fill in the lines and re-cure it. But I think that would result in a shiny surface, and I could end up applying too much resin and losing detail that way too. Guess I'll have to do some tests first.
