Hi all...since I still haven´t received any reply from Guidon, I decided to group-file against him...

I´ll set up a document (power of attourney) with the help of a police officer within the next days and will provide it to anyone who Guidon owes stuff to.

PLEASE...everyone who is owed by Guidon, please post here along with your eMail adress. I´ll contact you within the next days with further instructions....

Guidon owes me an ANH suit from back in august of 04. If he does not come through with the goods, I will be asking for a refund. I have my Paypal receipts to show all money that was paid to movie FX. I will even go one step further and turn him in to LFL if this does not pan out. I am tired of people taking advantage of RPF members. "Don't sell what you can't deliver or you don't have".

ManfromNaboo directed me to a thread from the german garrison and there are several others who are waiting for stuff from Guidon.

I´m sick of it.

Like I wrote before...a friend of mine will help me to create a document with all needed informations for power of attourney. Once I have it in hand, I´ll send it to you guys to be completed with your data and signed.

In addition to that, I´m trying to mange a visit at Guidon facility.
Only prob I have is time....

only once again Mr. Movie-FX is Guidon Messika and not me Guido Kohlen. I know that my first name is very similar to Guidons but I´m not him and I only tryed to help other people like Markus also did. I phoned with Guidon on thuersday last time and on that phone call he told me that I will get the ROTJ suit for a member here in the next week. So I have to wait if it will come to me or not. For me it´s only important that all out here know that I´m not Mr. Messika.

I for one, am glad to see that something is happening with this situation. I have had nothing but problems with Guidon. I have tried to be diplomatic. When that didn't work it turned to anger, fear and suffering(insert Yoda voice here). I tried Paypal, no luck (after 90 days forget it). I contacted someone in Germany who tried to help. I need this to be resolved. My advice to anyone who is remotely thinking of dealing with him, I vehemently say "NO". run away, don't look back.
If you do....... God be with you, you're gonna need it. End of rant v2.0.

Well, I for one am ready to do what it takes to either get my money back or my snowtrooper helmet kit. I have waited over a year, 17 months to be exact and I want something to happen. Iwoudl be happy with my money back (150.00)plus fees ofcourse, and or my helmet and something else......maybe some other piece he can add on.

I received this message from Guidon today. I am not sure what to make of it. I sent Guido a pm and have not heard back from him about this. Anyone recieve a similar message from Guidon recently?

of the guys from the rpf. He is now controlling everything and will ship it

Guidon wrote that I´d get scans of the shipping-labels to proof it. Nothing as of yet.

Parallely, I already received the document, which can/will be used to file against GuidoN. Problem is that I have to translate it first and my business english isn´t that great :$

Hey Craig,

let me tell you the following my last phone call with Guidon was last week friday and on that call he gives me the information that he would send your suit on his own. So till the moment I read your PM I did not know that he would send your suit to me that I could ship it to you.

But this morning I got a package with DPD with a 50% Armor in it. On the point that I did not know he would send me your suit I send him a FAX this morning were I told him that I got a 50% armor today but I need the rest asap to send the suit complete. Also I thought till some minutes ago that in the package this moring were parts from the ROTJ suit I´m waiting on for another RPF member.

Than I also talked with Markus on the phone some minutes ago and he told me that Guidon let you all know that all packages will first send to me and I should send them out to you.

After that phone call I called Guidon again and he told me that the package I got this morning are ANH parts for the suit that is for you Craig and another package would be send to me today also by DPD with the rest parts of the suit. So Craig I have to wait and must see if I would get the other package tomorrow and if all parts are here complete and 100% I will send them out to you.

Also I should get the other ROTJ suit in the next days and the Snowtrooper helmet.

We will see what´s going on with that and I will post any news here directly if I got them.

Where are we at on this? The last message I received from you indicated that everything was there except for the helmet. If so please ship me the suit now and the helmet when it arrives from Guidon. At this point I just want to start seeing things arrive.

boys all I could say to you is that I´m working on it.

Craig I have your armor here but still waiting for the helmet. All other parts I have but I would not like to sent the armor first and than the helmet seperatly because I´m the person who must pay the shipment first before I will get the money back from Guidon.

Also I did not forgett the Snowtrooper helmet and ROTJ armor for the other 2 members here. I only could phone Guidon and ask if the parts are ready and wait to get them.

Okay, time to chime in here.


Some comments have been made that I simply do not think are fully thought out given the nature of this business.

First, while I agree that no one should be screwed in any deal, I am seeing a few people hollar and moan about waiting.

While a year might seem excessive (for a vacuformed piece) it may not be excessive depending on what you ordered.

My own waitlist can be 20-odd people, but the projects themselves can be long and arduous and a single project can take weeks to complete.


MOST of these things are not mass produced.

EVEN when they are, problems still arise. Look at Master Replicas. They hold a liscense and still have production problems that people complain about.

I have heard lots of good things about Guidion....and now a few negative.


What is it your momma told you about.....Believe half of what you read?

(sorta like that spyware that hit you last year....did you believe their claim that you computer was infected with bug upon bug....did you pay them to remove themselves?????

Consider all things (and all sides) with an ounce of skepticism.

Hope it all works out. I certainly hope Guidion is okay as well as darthinwah.
